Welcome to Avelira.pk. By accessing our website, placing an order, or contacting us via WhatsApp or Instagram, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Avelira.pk is an online retail store based in Lahore, Pakistan, selling aesthetic drinkware, bottles, Stanleys and gift sets. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We make every effort to display our products accurately including colors, descriptions and images. However slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Avelira.pk reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the final price you pay.

4. Orders Orders can be placed via our website, Instagram DM or WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Bank Transfer

For prepaid orders, payment must be received before dispatch. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates and Avelira.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property All content on Avelira.pk including logos, images, text and branding is the property of Avelira.pk. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Avelira.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
