At Avelira.pk we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or broken
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is completely different from what was described
Items are not eligible for return if:
- The item has been used
- The original packaging has been damaged by the customer
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The item was purchased on sale or at a discounted price
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +92 326 7947203 or Instagram DM @avelira.pk. Please provide your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Refund Process Once your return is approved and the item is received back in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
Exchange Option We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs for Returns If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Glass Products Please note that glass products are fragile by nature. We pack all glass items carefully with protective packaging. If your glass item arrives broken, please send us a video of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
